Colour wallet for 4 LR

Postby Stephen Mooney » Thu Apr 23, 2009 4:10 pm

Does anyone know the person who bought the colour samples wallet on e-bay last week for the 4 Litre R. My car was restored about 10 years ago and I don't know if it's the correct colour or not - it's a sort of blue/grey. I missed the deadline on e-bay for the very usefull looking wallet.

Thanks Trebor - I'm not sure if they are the same - do you know what the technical colour of your car is?

Colours

Stephen,
If your colour is blue/grey it sounds like Carlton Grey which is the lower colour on the 4Litre R on the cover of the next to last Carriagecraft. I know that it can either look blue or grey depending on the lighting.

Stephen,
If you will please email me the chassis number of your 4LR, VRS3.... I will be able to advise you of the correct colour and codes from the original factory build details. My email address is bryanpeebles@aol.com but I am on holiday in Cyprus until Monday 18th May,
