Hello from a new member and DM4 limo owner

Hi All, Just an email to say hello! :D
I am not sure how soon this will be read as some of the dates on the posts are quite old.
I have just bought a 1967 DM4 limousine and will be starting to work on it in the next few weeks. I have a couple of other classics (1948 Bentley Mk VI and a Daimler DS420 limousine) as I do weddings to boost my income. I have got so busy recently that I needed another car, the Princess fits the bill nicely. It is taxed and MOTd but I want to give it the once over before it goes into service.
I was wondering in the meantime if any of you could answer these questions?
Is the DM4 vastly different from the DM2,3? I noticed a service book for sale but it listed on the front it only covered these vehicles and not the 4. Did they ever make a manual for the DM4? If they did does anybody have one for sale or know where I can get one?
How can I find any history about my car, is there a club registrar who has build information etc? My chassis number is VDM416653V.
Many thanks Mark

Sorry for delay. If its not too late I believe your car has engine number 16756, is this correct? If so I may be able to help you with your questions. Please email me bryanpeebles@aol.com
