Hi Keith

Without sounding PC the 1100 in the first photo looks more like an MG 1100 or Wolseley 1100 rather than the VP with the chrome strip down the door and hubcaps

true, but them hubcaps look to be something like MG or Riley and of course the chrome down the door/wing, as for the bumper it looks as thought it mght have the Austin overriders on rather than the VP ones but I could be wrong

I certainly can't see the VP ones, which I think you'd be able to, if they were fitted.

I did initially think it had "slotted" wheels and therefore a Mk2, but re-examining it the rear wing fins look fuller and more upright than the Mk2 ones, so ......

AIMS OF THE CLUB

 

a) Generally to help and encourage members to maintain these fine cars in good running order and appearance.


b) To organise rallies and meetings nationwide, and to field an annual Show Day. Members can compete at these events for trophies, these being awarded for the best cars in restoration, and most used classes.

c) To offer technical advice to those people seeking help. We also help those not wishing to carry out their own repairs, as some of our members are motor engineers and specialise in the various models within the club.


d) Spares are offered for sale through the club magazine, and several of our members have stocks of spares for sale.
